RETURN & REFUND POLICY – LINDALIA.COM

We value your satisfaction and strive to make every shopping experience with Lindalia exceptional. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. After this period, we can no longer accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is legally non-compliant or defective.

2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must strictly meet the following criteria:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.

  • Be returned in its original, intact, and undamaged packaging.

  • Must not have been worn, washed, altered, or tampered with in any way.

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, labels, and tags provided at purchase.
    Any item that does not meet these conditions will be refused and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

3. Proof of Purchase Required
All return or refund requests must include a valid proof of purchase, such as:

  • A purchase invoice or order confirmation email

  • The order number used to identify your purchase
    We cannot process your request without this information.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, or legal compliance, certain products cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include:

  • Sealed items that have been opened (e.g., cosmetics, beauty products, undergarments)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products
    Do not send items directly to the manufacturer. Unauthorized returns will be refused and will not be eligible for any refund.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: Bank fees or processing charges are non-refundable.

6. Delayed Refund? Here's What to Do
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank statement — sometimes refunds appear under different labels

  • Contact your bank or payment provider to check processing delays

  • If the issue persists, reach out to us at contact@lindalia.com — we’ll gladly assist you

7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect in size or model due to our error.
In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping and the cost of sending the new item.
If you simply want a different size or model (and it’s not due to our error), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. The new item will be sent after we receive and inspect the original item.

8. Gifts & Gift Returns
If your item was received as a gift (purchased by someone else and sent directly to you):

  • If returned and accepted, we’ll issue a store credit (gift card) in your name

  • If the gift was sent to the buyer first, any refund will be returned to the original purchaser

9. Sale Items
Discounted items, promotional purchases, or items bought during special offers are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-priced products.
However, refunds on sale items will be processed based on the discounted price paid, not the original price.

10. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item is faulty or damaged

  • Or the return is due to a mistake on our part
    Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    Initial delivery fees will not be included in your refund.
    If exchanging an item, the shipping cost of the new item is at your expense (unless otherwise stated).

11. Return Tracking & Insurance
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.
Lindalia.com is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.
