Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. All orders placed on lindalia.com are processed and shipped from our international logistics hubs.
Delivery Options
We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping – Free for all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 12 business days. -
Premium Shipping – £2.87 flat fee, includes full coverage in case of theft, loss, or damage during transport.
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 12 business days.
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs procedures. All timeframes provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real-time.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as customs clearance, weather disruptions, strikes, or local postal delays. Lindalia cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us at contact@lindalia.com as soon as possible.
In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to report any issues related to damaged or missing products. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Unclaimed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to offer the choice between:

A full refund of your order, or

A new shipment of your items at no additional cost.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid unnecessary delays.
Order Modifications
We allow changes to your order (such as size, shipping address, or cancellation) only before it is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified.

Responsibility Disclaimer
Lindalia is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, force majeure events, or postal disruptions beyond our control. Once a parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier, unless Premium Shipping with insurance was selected.
